ARO-AYEDUN FASINA

MR. Aro-Ayedun Fasina is currently the Managing Director of 
Multiverse Mining and Exploration Plc, a solid mineral
mining company with asset base of over two billion naira.
He is responsible for the overall management and
coordination of all directorates. He leads in policy
formulation and strategies to achieve the global
objective of the company.
He had previously served as an Executive Director with
Gulf Bank of Nigeria Plc.
Ayedun Fasina started his career with Messrs. Coopers and
Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) now Price Water house Coopers
(PWC) Lagos, Nigeria in their professional audit and
accounting practice. He later moved to Ecobank Nigeria Plc on
Financial Control Desk. He worked with Commercial Trust Bank
Nigeria Limited between August 1992 and May 1994; in Financial
Control and Operations departments where he was involved in
designing and implementation of effective management and
operations systems and coordinated the budgetary and budget
control process. As a seasoned professional, he is a consultant
lecturer in various banking and finance courses, at workshops
and seminars organized in Nigeria.
He attended numerous courses both locally and abroad, amongst
these are:
Banking in Africa – Year 2000 and Beyond:
- Management Prospective, organized by Unisys, France in 1996;
Advance Globus for Bank Managers, organized by Temenos,
London in 1997, Comprehensive Credit Analysis course in 1993
and Advance Management Programme of the Lagos Business
School in 1999.

Mr. Ayedun, a team fellow, motivator and a go-getter obtained
a FIRST CLASS honours degree in Agriculture from the Obafemi
Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in October 1986 and
qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1990. He also
obtained the Master of Banking and Finance Degree from
University of Lagos, in December 1994.
He is a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of
Nigeria, an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation
and a Certified Credit Fellow of the Graduate School of Credit
Administration, and also a Fellow of the Institute of
Credit Administration.
